The story of Escalante & Pérez Abogados began in 2000, when Rocío Escalante decided to found her own firm. Since then, she has established herself as a trusted figure in cases involving traffic accidents and family law, standing out for her dedication and approachability. Her success has been built on the recommendation of satisfied clients, without the need for additional promotion.
At the same time, Rocío managed to build a family. Her daughter, Sonia Pérez, inspired by her mother's career, decided to follow in her footsteps into law, but with a vision adapted to the digital age. Sonia specialized in cybercrime, key areas in an increasingly digital world.
Today, We combine Rocío's experience with Sonia's technological innovation, working together to solve our clients' legal problems with a friendly, accessible, and effective approach.
Our team
She holds a law degree from the University of Malaga, with degrees in Family Law (UNIA), Consumer Law (Pablo Olavide University), and Insurance Mediation (Ministry of Economy and Finance).
Throughout her professional career, Rocío has helped defend the interests of a diverse group of clients, excelling in traffic accident compensation claims, obtaining disability benefits from Social Security, and resolving complex family law situations such as separations, divorces, inheritances, and legal incapacity proceedings.
She holds a degree in Law and Journalism from the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Malaga. Her background includes studies at Griffith College of Dublin and work experience at Colgate University in New York, giving her an international profile and bilingual English. She is currently expanding her training in Digital Law with a Master's degree in DPO and Cyber Compliance.
He leads the firm's digital transformation, integrating new technologies to improve accessibility and the delivery of online legal services. He specializes in cases involving banking fraud, cyber fraud, and immigration matters.
